I strive to provide space where you can tune into your body and breath while building toward the healthiest version of yourself. I create hybrid movement sessions designed to meet your specific needs and goals. We’ll explore programming informed by Pilates, yoga, strength training, functional movement, and more. Each training session is unique and will challenge you depending on what your body needs that day. Through years of accumulated training and experience across a wide array of modalities, I am well-prepared to address your distinct challenges in an approachable and effective manner. Whether your goals are to build strength and stability or live a pain-free life; guiding individuals through movement is my passion.
